Are the products offered new or used?
We offer both new and used products. If you click on "New", these items are 100% new. Sometimes new products are delivered in neutral packaging, but this is always described in the article.

What is the shipping time?

If you choose UPS Express and order before 2:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday), delivery will be made within one working day. International deliveries may take longer and depend on the destination country.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all our new products come with a 24-month warranty. Used products come with a 12-month limited warranty, as stated in the product description.
